DIRIGO (Latin: ‘I lead.’)
Leaders think critically and communicate boldly. Writing is the best way to practice language, communication, and critical thinking. It is the fundamental leadership skill.
What We Do
Dirigo offers language training, life-coaching, academic advising, and psychological support to students and professionals.
Our Philosophy
The world is made richer by leaders who embrace responsibility in pursuit of truth, beauty, and goodness. The purpose of education is to cultivate such leaders.
Our History & Culture
Dirigo started by helping families navigate admissions to the top-100 American universities. These great centers of liberal education were respected for their rigorous pursuit of truth and, for centuries, served a critical role in the advancement of human knowledge. Sadly, many of these institutions have abandoned truth as their highest value. Fear, conformity, and superficial ‘inclusion’ have replaced true diversity and frozen the creative engine that made these schools great. Inquisitive students are now suffering under the weight of an intolerant political orthodoxy.
Dirigo provides a non-partisan oasis for what really matters—intellectual enrichment, moral development, and self-discovery.
“Adam trained me to write and think more incisively.
The most important part of the process was to help me understand myself better—my self-concept, viewpoints, and values. We engaged in serious inquiry and challenged assumptions. I really enjoyed working with Adam and I realized that the writing process was a process of self-discovery.”
